Description	(32-33) Feoffment by bargain and sale by Thomas Ives of St Edmund's End in the parish of St Giles, Northampton shepherd to Robert Allen of Abbington (Co. Northampton) husbandman. Consideration £24. With bond in £40, 4 Jan 1640/1 (34) Release and quitclaim by Robert Allen of Ecton (Co Northampton) husbandman and Agnes his wife, Thomas Ives of Northampton shepherd and Joyce his wife to Lawrence Woollaston of Northampton ironmonger of all right etc in of a messuage and backside in St Edmund's End near Northampton, 5 Oct 1646 (35-36) Feoffment by bargain and sale by Lawrence Wollaston to John Freind jun. of Northampton barber of one messuage in St Edmond's End lately purchased from Robert Allen of Ecton, and a toft adjoining lately purchased from Joan Rathband of London, and a messuage and garden in St Edmond's End and one butt of arable, lately purchased from Richard Keepe, another butt of arable (one rood), a little close of pasture in St Edmond's End and one butt (½ acre) adjoining.
