whereby Richard Dyot conveys to Sir Thomas Gresley and to Sir Francis Burdett of Foremark, Bart, Robert Burdett, son and heir of Sir Francis, Gilbert Thacker of Repton, esq, and Thomas Broome of Netherseal, gent, re the manor of Freeford, a messuage in Lambert Street, Lichfield, known as Old Hall, a messuage called Cardinals Capp in Tamworth Street, Lichfield, a messuage in Bore Street, Lichfield, the manor or capital messuage of Fulfen in Streethay (Co Stafford) and all lands appurtenant, and all lands and tenements late the inheritance of Humphrey Chetam of Turton (Co Lancaster), esq, and Thomas Chaderton of Lees (Co Lancaster), gent, in the county of Stafford and city of Lichfield, to hold in trust for Richard Dyot, his wife and children
