Title	Lease by Richard Cartewright and Simon Neel to Matilda, widow of Robert Brewood, for term of her life, of all those lands and tenements which they acquired by feoffment from the said Robert, with the proviso that if the said Matilda shall marry again, or if William, son and heir of the said Robert, when he comes of full age, shall marry and shall be unable to live with his said mother, that then he shall have the plot of ground on which Matilda Aleyne sometime dwelt, and thtafter his mother's death a moiety of all the whole of the lands: with remainder oi the said William die without direct heir, to Thomas and John his brothers, Joan and Amice his sisters
