Description(195) Lease for one year from Thomas Lea of Stapenhill, Co Derby, farmer and Mary his wife to Thomas Harris of Netherseal, miller, for messuage, dwelling house with the yard, garden, stable and appurtenances lying in Nether seal in the occupation of John Brown and also that close or piece of land called Hunts Lane Close lying in Nether Seal, containing 1 acres and 2 roods except 2 seats in a certain row in the said parish church reserved for the said Thomas Lea and Mary his wife and their heirs and assigns.
