Covenant to levy a fine by John Nedham of Osbaston (Co Leicester), gent, and Faith his wife to Christopher Johnson of Netherseal, yeoman, Francis Large of Orton on the Hill (Co Leicester), yeoman, Thomas Smith of Netherseal, tailor, and William Newbold, junior, of Netherseal, yeoman, re a messuage in Netherseal, a backside, Clattercoat Close and all lands belonging to the said messuage and of a cottage in Netherseal, to the following uses; the messuage, backside and close to the use of Christopher Johnson, the cottage to the use of Thomas Smith and his wife Elizabeth for their lives and then to the use of the heirs of their bodies and in default of issue to the use of Francis Large
