Edmund Moumforth of Kilnhirst, to Lancelot Colyns, clerk of the treasury of St. Peter's church, York, Miles Spencer, doctor of both laws, Thomas Langton, Thomas Wentworth, John Leke, esquire, Edward Barston and Richard Colynson. The manor of Kilnhirst with appurtenances in Kilnhirst, Raymarsh, Overhaw, Loversall and Swynton; to uses stated in attached schedule. He appoints Nicholas Aunger and Hugh Banastre as his attornies.
Attached is deed declaring uses (English) according to the deed of 4th August, 1522
