John Mounford of Kilnehirst, to John Mountford, his son, and heirs male. A messuage in Rotherham, lying between the toft of the abbot of Rufford and the toft of John Maples and abutting at the west end on the waters of Don. With remainder to his own right heirs. Roderham, 25th July (feast of St. James the Apostle), 1362.
