Description
Thomas Longum and Cecilia, his wife, of Romarsh, to Adam Russell and Joanna his wife, of the same. Thomas and Cecilia, have dimised all the lands in Kilnehirst which they hold as Cicilia's part with as much of the house and toft as belongs to her, excepting part of a meadow wholly retained by her beyond 'le mere'; for Cecilia's life. Adam and Joanna have paid eighteen pence to Thomas and Cecilia and will make the same services to the capital lord as Thomas and Cecilia did. After Cecilia's death the land is to be held by her right heirs.
