Description
That Robert of the Stede of the parish of Bradfeld has made a full state to John, his el[d]est son, of all the land which he had by purchase and by heritage, within the town and the fields of Onesker and Haseley in the Byrelay of Westnall, so that it shall be Robert's for life; and that he has sold all the [wodd?] that is under the Rocher in a place called the Husher[?] and also the spring above the Rocher. His son John and he have agreed that the spring shall be kept for the profit of the said John, and for this grant and for odyr [another] the said John has paid to Robert seven marks, and it is John[ 's] covand [covenant?] to pay 13 shillings and four pence unto Jennet, the el[d]est daughter of Robert, when she marries; and it was never his Gyft? [against his wishes?] then he wills to put away no parcel of the forsaid land from John.
