Description
Edmund Waddesley, esquire, lord of Waddesley and Wirall in Hallamshire, and Alice his wife, to William Birley, their servant in the manor of Waddesley and elsewhere. Twelve acres of land and one acre of meadow in Waddesley, lately in the tenure of John Dwaryden; at a rent of six shillings and eightpence. 16th June (Corpus Christi), 1446.
