George Wilkinson of Broomhall in Sheffield, private tutor, and Richard Swallow of Mosbro Hill in the parish of Eckington coal master, assignees of James Sorby, a bankrupt, agrees to sell to William Wyatt of Eyam sixty-nine one hundredth parts of Moorwood's Sough and several mines in Eyam and Stoney Middleton, as offered for sale by auction at the Music Hall in Sheffield.
