Description
In the case between John Wright, infant, and Charles Pott, Richard Bagshaw, Benjamin Ashton and John Nodder concerning the extension of the lead mines from Grinlow under Wright's close belonging to the plaintiff.
Endorsed with a copy of agreement between Philip Sheldon and Thomas Middleton concerning a right of way on the Rakey Pingle at Eyam. March, 1729/30.
