Description
John Longden, Raphe Rodes alias Hyland with Thomas Wilson, miner, of Great Hucklowe. A meere of ground at Great Hucklowe has been sold to Wilson. It is agreed that he shall not grant, assign or mortgage the property until he has delivered six pigs of pure Peak lead. No lead obtained in the meere is to be washed unless John Longden is present.
