The proprietors, (named; including William Bagshawe) of Miners Engine lead mine in the liberty of Eyam; John Spencer, Joseph Clay and James Mower, partners in Miners Engine and also in Little Pasture mine; Martha Middleton, spinster of Leam and James Mower, partners in Miners Engine and in the Hay Cliff mine, agree to abide by the decision of William Bagshaw and John Spencer in the disputes between them.
