Petition to the Crown of Sir Fitzgerald Aylmer, concerning lands he claimed in Ireland

Description
At foot, is the decision of the Council concerning same, signed 'Conway'
There is a further endorsement: 'Sir Fitzgerald Aylmer [and] L. Ffingall 5th November, 1681, referred to Sir James Shaen'. Also other papers about Aylmer's case, in which Fingall either had an interest or had a parallel case.
Also a letter to the Countess of Fingall 'in her appartment at Sommerset house, London' from T. Myall, Dublin June 9th [16]83.
