In consideration of the marriage between the said John Parry and Mary now his wife, daughter of Katherine Griffard, widow and £1200 her dowry. Capital messuage called Twysog with a water corn mill and other messuages (specified); to stated uses and for providing her a jointure of £150 p.a.
