Description
Rowland Eyre and Neville Ridley to Thurstan Dale of Hoo Grange. All Ridley's right and title to the manor of Wormhill under a certain mortgage of £1000 (on which there was a failure of payment by Eyre), for £1037; Rowland Eyre having absolutely sold and conveyed some of the premises (specified), comprised in the mortgage, to Charles Heaward, Richard Sterndale, Richard Swann, John Nodder and Edward Timperley, these are excepted from the assignment and vested in a trustee for the purchasers.
