Description
Francis, Earl of Newburgh, Dolly, Countess of Newburgh, his wife, Thomas Eyre called Lord Viscount Kinnaird, son and heir of Francis, to trustees (named). To exonerate an estate at Kings Sterndale (sold by the Earl to John Woolman) from the charge of Lady Newburgh's jointure of £400; quoting earlier settlements whereby certain property was settled on Francis Eyre (now Earl of Newburgh) and the said jointure provided for his life.
