The manors and lordships of Hassop, 'Rowland and Calver, with the office of Barmaster, the manors of Chelmerton, Wormhill and Thornhill, and farms, messuages, etc in Haslinghouses, How grange in Bradbourne and the capital messuage of Eastwell (co. Leics) and land (named), to levy a fine, to stated uses; for £6,000, being Lady Elizabeth's dowry
