Description
Thomas Eyre of Hassop and Rowland Eyre, his son and heir, to Thomas Bagshaw of Clements Inn and Nicholas Bagshaw of the parish of St. Dunston in the west. The manors of Rowland, Hassop and Calver, the office of barmaster in the said manors, and the lead mines in the same; the manors of Chelmerton, Wormhill and Thornhill; and all franchises, liberties, etc. within the same; also all messuages, lands, etc. in Bakewell and [other places, named], farms in Haslinghouses in Hartington parish, messuage called How Grange in Bradburne (all in co. Derby) and capital messuage called Eastwell (co. Leicester), together with lands in Eastwell (specified); to be tenants to suffer a recovery.
