Prudence Eyre, widow of Thomas Eyre, to Rowland Eyre, her son. All claims to the property belonging to Thomas Eyre at his decease, in consideration for all the goods and cattle in the houses, mills and buildings and lands in Shelston belonging to Thomas Eyre, one half of all rents and debts owing to Eyre at his decease, and for £1,608 6s. 2d.
