John Bolsover, miller, of Ashford, to John Morten, chandler, of Ashford, Francis Eyre of Warkworth (co. Northants) being a party. A small plot in Calver, formerly the site of a smelting mill, containing an acre and a half as it was then marked out for erecting a water corn mill; for the residue of a term of 21 years from Francis Eyre.
