John, son of William Cussyng, of Wakefield, and Alice, his sister, to Richard de ffyncheden of the same. One acre of land with appurtenances in Wakefield, upon the Northgate croftes, between the land of Robert, son of John, on the south and that of John Cay of Wakefield on the north, which they had by gift of William Cay, chaplain, and which the latter had of Joan, daughter of Thomas Cay, in her virginity and full age. Given at Wakefield, Tuesday
