Description
Thomas Fitzherbert of Norbury; Anthony Dyott of Lichfield, and Richard Barber of Mavesyn Ridware to Rowland Eyre of Hassopp. Bentleys, Bentley meadowe and Bentley Poole in Mavesyn Ridware (subject to an assignment of the lease); a meadow called Blithe meadowe in Hampstall Ridware conveyed by fine by Fitzherbert to Anthony and Richard. Eyre will recover to Fitzherbert the premises and a lead mine in the Queensfield in the High Peak called Lott and Copp, granted by an indenture of even date, together with a lease under the Duchy of Lancaster seal, if Fitzherbert pays £600 before November 1st, 1597.
