Description
John Wolseley of Wolseley (co. Staffs), esquire and William Wescote of Hansakar (co. Staffs) agree (in consideration of the marriage previously had between Roger Wescote, deceased, son and heir of William, and Elianor, one of the daughters of John): Wescote shall make an estate to Elianor for the term of her life, of a moiety of Pipe Ridware Hall and lands thereto belonging and the moieties of a messuage and lands in Hill Ridware, and of a messuage in Maveson Ridware. Wescote undertakes that all the lands he is now seized of or which descend to him after the death of Roger his father, shall descend to Harry Wescote, son of Roger the son, deceased; excepting certain rent changes.
