Description
John, son of John of Schardelawe, of Derby, to Adam of Asshaby of Tiddeswall. Twelve acres of land in Normanton-by-Derby, of which two acres lie between the Hopperdich and the mere, and other parts upon the Dale furlong, the Mersh and the Sonnowe (positions described); a messuage in the Walstrete in Derby, between the messuages of Hugh of Grenley and Richard of Centeley; also a piece of meadow in Osmundeston (boundaries given); and an acre and a half of meadow in the meadow of Alwaston in divers parcels; and two roods in the moremedewe. Given at Derby, 2nd May (Wednesday after SS. Philip and James), 1343
