Description
The answer of John Elliot, Thomas Lowe and William Littlewood to the charge of Rowland Eyre, esquire, Robert Bagshawe and John Blackwell, yeoman. They deny that they ever purchased a toft and parcels of land in Crich from one Helleby of the same and Robert Bagshawe, yeoman, of Wormehill, or that they ever received any rents, etc. therefrom 'before the unhappy troubles'.
