All his part of one messuage in Staveley Wodethorp, which he had by feoffment of Alice, daughter of Thomas German of Staveley Wodethorp; in default of issue, to Christiana, wife of William Martyn of Staveley Nethrthorp; by the accustomed services. Given at Staveley, 5th November (Sunday after All Saints), 1357.
