One acre of land lying in the fields of Staveley, of which half an acre lies in the Hayestey, next to the land of Henry of Hericiscoate, abutting upon Brodemedendby; and the other half acre lies upon Talforde Hill between Astmundecare and the land of Robert son of Conill, rendering annually one clove at the Nativity of the Lord.
