Description
Robert, Earl of Scarsdale and the Lady Mary his wife, to Denzill Onslow of Purford (co. Surrey), esquire, and John Lilliman of Pleasly (co. Derby), clerk; for securing the moiety of all the messuages, lands, etc., of the said Earl. Of the moiety of the manors of Bradley, Collingham, Shadwell and Allerton (co. York), with lands, etc., in the same and in Wyke, Rowley, Rigton, etc.; and the rectories of Bardsey and Collingwood. With provision for Lady Mary, on her own volition, to alter or change any of the uses limited by the fine.
