Description
Little court customary of John Manners, Richard Buckley and John Standleye, esquires, farmers of Sir John Savage, knight, for the manor of Holmesfield. The jurors (named), say that Stephen Eyre held of the lord three messuages and seven tofts with appurtenances in Horsligate, and that Rowland Eyre is his son and heir and is of full age; who was admitted and made fine 28s.11d.
