One acre of land in the fields and fee of Dronefeld, which descended to him by the death of Anice his mother, being in a place called Kerlyngthwayt, between the land of the Rector and of William Louecok, and abutting on the common towards the stream and the land of Robert, son of John at the mill; for a sum of money.
