In respect of the manor of Coshall and the property in Brampton, Wigley, etc. to the use of Ralph Clarke for ever; in respect of the property in Heddleston and Calver, to the use of Clarke for one thousand years reserving the rents and profits (except £34 p.a.), to Roland Eyre for his life; after his death Clarke is to have the rents and profits so long as the present tenants (named), hold any rights therein, and when Clarke has peaceable enjoyment of the same, the rents and profits to Thomas Eyre. |
