Description	John Swyrde of Chesterfield, to Simon Haryngton and Joan his wife, lately the wife of Thomas Brampton of Notyngham, deceased. All his lands and tenements in Chesterfield, Brampton juxta Chesterfield and Barley (co. Derby), which lately were William Brampton's and which he and Ralph Calcroft, vicar of the church of Chesterfield, Richard Asshe of the same and others now dead had of the gift of Thomas Thurland of Notyngham; to Simon and Joan during her life, then to Cecilie Brampton (daughter of Thomas and Joan) and her heirs, with remainder to Thomas Thurland, blood-relative and heir of Thomas Thurland of Notyngham and Joan his wife, daughter of the said William Brampton and sister of Thomas Brampton.
