John, William and James Eyre of Berries Hall (co. Norfolk), younger sons of Thomas Eyre of Hassop, deceased, Sir Henry Bedingfeld of Oxborow (co. Norfolk), also being a party in respect of trusts under the will of Thomas Eyre, to Rowland Eyre of Hassop (co. Derby), esquire, son and heir of Thomas Eyre. Rent charge of £100 issuing out of the manor of Barley, and lands belonging, left by Thomas Eyre's will, (particulars given).
