Description
George, Earl of Shrewsbury, and Roland Eyre of Hassoppe agree that Roland Eyre and his sons, Thomas and Gervase, will acknowledge any deed or act assuring to the Earl the premises following, in Barley: annuities of £20 and 40 marks out of property in Barley; a smyltinge howse conveyed by Peter Barley, 10th November, 1586; tythe of corn and hay, by Peter Barley's conveyance of 1st July, 1587; the manor of Barley, conveyed by Peter Barley to Gervase Eyre, 21st December, 1587, and other lands in Barley to Thomas Eyre. In return the Earl agrees to assure to Roland Eyre an annuity of £100 out of the premises, other than the Countess's jointure.
