Henry Heyward, the elder, of Hole house in the parish of Prestbury (co. Chester), yeoman, and Henry Heyward the younger, his son and heir, to William Heyward, his second son, Thomas Slacke of Dunche within Kettlesholme (in the same parish), son and heir of Nicholas Slacke; in consideration of the marriage to be had between Henry Heyward the younger, and Emma, daughter of Nicholas, and a marriage portion of £126. Three messuages with appurtenances in Tunstead (details given); to stated uses.
