Description
William Outfield, the elder, of Litton, yeoman, to Robert Jackson and Robert Hardie of Litton and Ellis Blackwall of Grindlow, husbandman. A messuage and three roods of land in Litton on which a fee farm rent is payable to Rowland Litton of Knebworth (details given), previously granted by Thomas Outfield to William, who was then the occupier; to the use (details stated) of Marie, widow of Anthony Outfield, brother of William, Marie's son William Outfield, and daughter Alice, wife of Adam Blackwall. Marie, William and Alice undertake to provide food and lodging for William Outfield the elder for his life, or £5 10s. 0d. p.a. in lieu thereof.
