Description
Notes on several leases made by Ottywell Nedham, (subsequent to his agreement of 6th November, 1564, to levy a fine to Richard Wennesley, Richard Nedham and Henry Nedham, of his manors of Colley, Derley, Edensore and Thornesett, but before the fine was levied):-
1. To William Ratcliffe, his moiety of the manor of Edensor, for 21 years. 12th November, 1564. (Afterwards assigned to the Countess of Shrewsbury).
2. To Thomas Dakin, all his lands, tenements, etc., for 99 years, reserving a yearly rent of £24. 17th November, 1564. (Afterwards assigned to William Towle).
