Arthur Hill of Tiddeswall, cooper, to William Bennett, husbandman, of Keddlesome, in the parish of Pressbury (co. Cheshire). Dwellinghouse between the market place and the brook in Tiddeswall, a pew in the parish church, a 'coobert, a sealinge, a press, a sealed bed and a chist' being fixed to the freehold from the death of Alice Wright, Hill's grandmother; for £25.
