Francis Eyre of Warkworth castle to Frances Kirk, widow, of Brough, Christopher Kirk, cotton manufacturer, and Samuel Kirk, miller, of Brough. A water corn mill with five pairs of stones and a kiln in Brough; a messuage divided into three, two barns, three stables, a warehouse, a cowhouse and garden, at the end of the bridge in Brough near the River Nooe in Aston; a house and barn, etc. in Aston; and named closes.
