Description
William, son of Robert le Brune of Bradewelle, to William, son of Faber [the Smith] de Bradewelle. All rights, etc. in half a bovate in Bradewelle of which Matilda, his grandmother, holds two parts as her dower and William the third part, with all appurtenances except the house in which Alicia, William's mother, lives, for the term of 20 years beginning at the feast of St. Martin [10th November], 1272(?); for a sum of money.
