Description
William, son of William le Redeknave, with the consent of Richard le Hutteman, then bailiff of the Peak, to Robert, son of William de Bradewell. Seven roods of arable land lying in separate pieces of which a half acre lies in the field called Braddale between the land of Geoffrey, son of Faber [the Smith], and the land of Robert Mayot, and a half acre beyond the ditch between the land of Nicholas the clerk and William, son of the son of Faber [the Smith], and one rood on the clayput (?) and a half [acre of?] land [dimiatra] in the field called the Midilfurlong, between the land of Richard Sywart and of Nicholas the clerk. At a rose rent.
