Description	Thoma Eyre of Hassopp, esquire, William Bagshaw of Forde, clerke, Robert Bagshaw of Wormehill, John Blackelow of Tiddiswall, George Bagshaw of Hill and Edward Torr of Wormehill, yeomen, agree concerning the dividing of a parcel of land called Kemshill in the Peake forrest:- every man to have his proportion and right as set forth by the surveyor; whoever has the east end towards Loasell by the highway shall make that wall all thorrow (with further arrangements regards walling).
