Description
Nicholas Staley of Castletonn (co. Derby), gentleman, to Rowland Eyre of Hassop. Houses, lands, etc., at Losehill, assigned to Staley by John Hall of Gooshill, executor of Thomas Rowland of Woodseats, deceased; and one close of land at Thornell called Shippen flatt, assigned to Rowland by Robert Skinner under a lease of Thomas Eyre.
Endorsed in a later hand with particulars of the Eyre estates in the High Peak.
