Description
Presented that Rowland Eyre of Hassop died seized of divers lands and tenements in Hope, that his only son, Thomas Eyre is also dead, and Francis Eyre, late of Warkworth (co. Northants), eldest brother of Rowland, and heir at law of Thomas is also lately dead. Francis Eyre of Hassop, eldest son of the said Francis, prayed to be admitted, was granted seizin, made fine and was admitted. John Shaw, steward.
