Description | William le Clerke and John Wele, chaplains, surrendered one messuage and one bovate of land which they had lately from Richard de Calton; to the use of Matilda, daughter of Richard de Calton, and the legitimate heirs of her and John, son of John de Rouworth, at an annual rent of 12d. Failing such issue the messuage and bovate of land to revert to Joan, daughter of the aforesaid Richard de Calton. Matilda and John were admitted.
