Description
Rowland Eyre of Hasope and Thomas Eyre, son and heir of Rowland, to Gervase White, husbandman, of Taddington. A tenement in Taddington containing six acres and the south end of a barn, jointly with William Mervell of Taddington; for 25 years if Elizabeth, Gervase White's wife live so long. For £6 and an annual rent of £3 also a year-old capon, sound and well carved on Christmas Day and White is to keep a spaniel during the term of the lease. If Elizabeth dies before the end of the term the lease is void, but the Eyres covenant to refund from the consideration money a sum proportionate to the unexpired term of the lease. White to grind all corn grown on the leased premises at Eyre's mill at Wormhill.
