Description
James Ourtam of Alfreton to Francis Eyre of Warkworth castle; John Robinson of Hassop; William Milnes of Hassop. Backdale pasture in Hassop divided as follows: the northerly part containing seventy one acres three roods and eighteen perches bounded on the south by the old enclosures in Hassop and an allotment to be made to William Milnes, on the west by the commons of Hassop, on the north by a pasture called Peak pasture in Calver, and on the east by old enclosures in the hamlet of Bubnell to Francis Eyre; two acres three roods and 34 perches in the south corner of the pasture, bounded on the north east by an allotment to be made to William Milnes, on the south and south west by old enclosures in Hassop, and on the north west by the Hassop-Calver turnpike road; six acres and one perch, bounded on the north east by Eyre's allotment, on the south and south west by old enclosures in Hassop and Robinson's allotment, and on the north west by the Hassop-Calver turnpike road.
