Description
Nicholas Willson, yeoman, of Hassopp to John Newton, yeoman, of Bakewell. A close called Newclose in Nortley field containing one acre; the Great peece in Nortley field containing four acres; a piece of arable called the Bretche lying in the same field and containing one and a half acres and adjoining the land of Thomas Eyre; four beast gates or common of pasture for four beasts, winter and summer, in a pasture called Backdale. If Willson pays 10 fothers and 7½ hundred weights of lead, at the lead mill of Roger Newton in Linacre, or its value in money, the grant is void.
